1. Pita bread: 3

2. Olive oil: 3 Tbsp

3. Chili sauce: 6 Tbsp

4. Chicken breast, cooked: 1, small

5. Eggplant: 2 (chopped, slightly fried)

6. Mozzarella cheese: 3

 

 

Make it this way:

   

1. Brush oil all over bread’s surfaces.

2. Pour the Chili sauce on breads.

5. Cook 10-20 minutes in 200 °C oven till cheese melt and breads become well toasted.
