Flour: 1, ½ cup
Sugar: ½ cup
Yogurt: ½ cup
Fresh orange zest: 1 tbsp
Milk: ½ cup
Oil or melted butter: ½ cup
Egg: 1
Salt: 1 pinch
Baking Powder: ½ tbsp
Make it this way:
1. Sift flour with baking powder and salt.
2. Mix wet ingredients and slowly add dry ingredients.
3. Grease muffin pan cups and fill ¾ of them with the mix.
4. Bake in preheated 190 °C oven for 20 minutes.
5. Sift sugar powder on muffins and serve.
