1. Gelatin: 3 tsp
2. Milk: 1 cup
3. Nescafe: 1 full Tbsp
4. White sugar: 2 Tbsp
5. Brown sugar: 2 Tbsp
6. Mascarpone cheese: 300g
7. Cream: 200g
Make it this way:
1. Heat the milk slowly.
2. Add sugar and Nescafe and mix them.
3. Add cheese and then cream.
4. Remove from the oven and stir until mixed.
5. Add the melted gelatin and stir well.
6. Pour in a person dish and put it in refrigerator for 2 hours.
7. Decorate it with coffee powder and cream before serving.
