1. Melted butter or oil: 3/2 cup

2. Sugar: 4/3 cup

 3. Egg: 1

4. Vanilla: 1 pinch

5. Orange or lemon peel: 1 tsp

6. Sifted white flour: 2 cup

7. Baking powder: 3 tsp

8. Salt: 1 pinch

9. Milk: 8 tsp

 

Make it this way:

 

1. Beat butter and sugar until it smooth.

2. Add the eggs and stir until they become light and puffy.

3. Add the vanilla and orange peel.

4. Sift dry ingredients and add the milk. Mix them slowly with hand.

5. Expand the dough to 3-4 mm in thick on a flat greasy or floured surface and shape them using shaped cutter.

6. Put it in 190 Celsius oven for 12 minutes.

7. You can sprinkle sugar on the biscuits when they are still hot.
