how to cook vanilla oatmeal

Rolled oats: 100g

Water: 800ml

Powdered milk, low fat: 1 Tbsp

Zero-calorie sweetener: 2 Tbsp

Salt: ⅓ tsp

Vanilla: 1 pinch


Make it this way:

1. Fill a pot with rolled oats and water and put it on medium heat until the water boils.

2. Stir the ingredients for 10-15 minutes until it is condensed and the oats are cooked.

3. Add the powdered milk, salt, sweetener, and vanilla to the mixture.

4. Serve it hot or cold, with cinnamon, banana, or cooked apple.


Tip: A mixture of 100ml milk and 700ml water can be used instead of powdered milk.
