1. Gelatin: 2 tsp
2. Milk: 1 cup
3. Grated orange peel: 1 full Tbsp
4. White sugar: 2 Tbsp
5. Brown sugar: 2 Tbsp
6. Mascarpone cheese: 300g
7. Cream: 200g
Make it this way:
1. Heat the milk slowly.
2. Add sugar and orange peel and mix.
3. Add cheese and cream.
4. Remove from the oven and stir until mixed.
5. Add the melted gelatin and stir well.
6. Pour in a dish and put it in refrigerator for 2 hours.
7. Decorate with cream foam before serving.
