Red lentil: 1 cup

Tomato: 1 cup, peeled, chopped

Tomato paste: 1 tbsp

Garlic: 2 cloves

Onion: 1

Red pepper: ½ tbsp

Salt: ½ tbsp

Ginger powder: 1 tsp

 

Make it this way:

1. Fry chopped onion and garlic in 2 tbsp of oil.

2. Add red lentils and fry for 2 more minutes.

3. Add tomato with 2 cups of water

4. Give it 10 more minutes.

5. Add ½ cup of water with tomato paste, if it was necessary.

6. Let them cook for 15 more minutes and then add the spices.

7. Serve with white bread.
